Heading into a new year with clear intentions about what you want to create in your life will help you realize your vision faster and with greater ease. One piece of unsolicited advice – skip the resolutions!
Skip the resolutions
I'm not a fan of resolutions. They're too absolute for me, and I don't think they set anyone up for success. We inevitably break some (if not all) of them and then, because they're already broken, it's easy for us to slip back into old habits. A vision board, on the other hand, is way more inspiring and effective. You surround yourself with motivation that visually reinforces your intentions and encourages you to make positive choices. Instead of breaking a resolution, which is deflating, you can steadily lead yourself toward the changes you want to bring about.
